MISS COSMO 2025 OPENS GLOBAL VOTING FOR “BEST NATIONAL DIRECTOR” AWARD

Just hours after the official announcement, the “Best National Director” Award has already received an overwhelming response from the worldwide pageant community, garnering thousands of shares and interest across international media platforms.

The Miss Cosmo Organization has officially opened global voting for the international “Best National Director” award within the Miss Cosmo 2025 pageant. This is the first time the prestigious title has been introduced, designed to honor the National Directors (NDs) who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, nurtured talent, and successfully amplified the Miss Cosmo brand in their home countries.

This award serves as a well-deserved recognition for the pageant’s “captains” – individuals with visionary insight and persistent dedication who help shape the next generation of potential titleholders. At the same time, it highlights Miss Cosmo’s commitment to supporting global pageant leaders and building a connected, impactful international community.

The Miss Cosmo 2025 Organizing Committee has officially revealed the list of National Directors, featuring highly respected names in the beauty field. Among them are:

Ms. Laura Hajjar Rayborn & Mr. Israel Silva – National Directors of Miss Cosmo USA

Ms. Laura Hajjar Rayborn, founder of Laura’s Productions with 28 years of experience in modeling, talent, promotions, and pageants, has dedicated her career to empowering individuals with confidence and poise. 

Mr. Israel Silva, with over 15 years in HR, leadership, and pageantry, has directed major national brands through H&I Grand Productions LLC, including Miss Eco USA, Miss Grand USA, and Miss Supranational USA. Returning for the 2025 edition, he continues as National Director of Miss Cosmo USA.

Ms. Xie Ludan (Carry Xie) – National Director of Miss Cosmo China – Hong Kong – Macau

She not only won the titles of Miss United Nations International Hong Kong and 2017 World Champion but also holds the position as the Chinese region’s authorized person for numerous international beauty pageants.

In 2023, she was honored with two prestigious awards: The “Best National Director” award from the Mrs. Universe Beauty Organization and the “Outstanding Asian-Pacific Queen” Honorary Award. As head of the International Cultural Beauty Group, she empowers women and men of all backgrounds, inspiring them to achieve their goals and lead in the pageant world.

Ms. Ngoc Chau – National Director of Miss Cosmo Vietnam

Ms. Ngoc Chau is a well-rounded beauty queen. She is Miss Cosmo Vietnam 2022 and has represented Vietnam twice on the international beauty pageant stage.

With a clear strategy, Ngoc Chau has successfully established Miss Cosmo Vietnam as a strong bridge connecting Vietnamese beauty and culture with the global audience. The success of Vietnam’s representative, Bui Xuan Hanh, who secured a Top 5 placement at Miss Cosmo 2024, is a clear testament to Ngoc Chau’s professional guidance and mentorship as National Director.

Since March 2025, Ngoc Chau and UniMedia have officially launched the search for Miss Cosmo Vietnam 2025. They are committed to finding an outstanding representative who is expected to bring significant achievements and contributions to this year’s international pageant.

Mr. Htoo Ant Lwin – National Director of Miss Cosmo Myanmar

He is a versatile professional with over a decade of expertise in HR management, Strategic Marketing, and talent development. Also a professional model and mentor, he has trained aspiring talents and worked with leading agencies.

His vision for Miss Cosmo Myanmar is to create a transformative platform that empowers women to embody “Impactful Beauty” – a blend of grace, intelligence, resilience, and social responsibility. Dedicated to cultural representation and advocacy, Miss Cosmo Myanmar nurtures ambassadors who inspire positive change and represent the nation with dignity on the global stage.

Ms. Tiffany Vu – National Director of Miss Cosmo Cambodia

A visionary leader and entrepreneur in the Technology, Media, and Influencer sectors within the Liberty Group.

With her deep understanding, passion and commitment to empowering young Cambodian women, Ms. Tiffany Vu aims to elevate Miss Cosmo Cambodia to achieve new levels of success. Her leadership will focus on fostering a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and global recognition for Cambodian beauty and talent.

In addition to the participation of distinguished National Directors from the United States, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Myanmar, Vietnam and beyond, Miss Cosmo 2025 has also gained the trust and support of many other beauty leaders worldwide. The Organizing Committee will continue to unveil the full roster of National Directors in the coming period.

As of now, Miss Cosmo has officially announced 69 National Directors holding the license for Miss Cosmo 2025. Contestants will arrive in Vietnam in November 2025 to take part in a series of festive activities, blending fashion and cultural exchange across several provinces and cities.

The Grand Finale is scheduled for December 20, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, featuring an entirely new concept that combines beauty and music in the form of an outdoor cultural-entertainment festival. The event is expected to welcome more than 15,000 local and international audiences.
