As a National Director, you become part of the Miss Cosmo global network, leading your country's journey while creating meaningful opportunities for talents, communities, and partners. Together, we shape a future where Impactful Beauty transcends borders - empowering a new generation of women on the global stage.

Requirements & Responsibilities

Eligibility

  • A registered model/talent management company, professional organization, or individual with proven experience in beauty pageant production or contestant selection.
  • Demonstrate the capacity to effectively select and prepare a qualified Miss Cosmo representative.

Financial Commitment

  • Timely payment of license fees and sufficient funding for pageant operations and contestant support.

National Pageant Organizaion

  • rganize and operate the national pageant in full compliance with Miss Cosmo standards, ensuring a transparent and professional selection process throughout.
  • The national final must be held no later than September.
  • Any alternative formats or casting processes must be approved by the Miss Cosmo Organization (MCO) in advance accordingly.

Contestant Preparation

  • Provide professional training (runway, communication, media) and ensure the contestant is fully prepared for the international competition and titleholder responsibilities.

Contestant Criteria

  • Age: 18–33 years old
  • Marital Status: Unmarried, with no children at present
  • Must be a citizen and passport holder of the country she represents.

 

Business, Marketing & Operations

  • Develop and deliver an integrated strategy spanning marketing, PR, contestant recruitment, sponsorship, and event production.
  • Secure sponsorships and promote the national pageant and titleholder across media, broadcast (if any), and digital platforms.
  • Maintain a strong and positive public image for both the titleholder and the Miss Cosmo brand.

Application Process

Complete the application form and provide key information, including:

  • Proposed franchise fee (1-year or multi-year term)
  • Organization’s portfolio (structure and relevant team experience)
  • Proposed national selection process or contestant designation
  • Promotional and media strategy for your National pageant
  • Your vision for developing and supporting the National titleholder
  • Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for further discussion and next steps
