The title of Runner-up Miss Cosmo 2025, along with the “IMPACTFUL TIARA,” was awarded to Miss Cosmo Philippines – Chelsea Fernandez, a truly deserving recipient. The Miss Cosmo 2025 Grand Finale & Beauty Music Festival attracted over 20,000 live spectators and ignited the stage with spectacular performances by artists from Vietnam and South Korea.
On the evening of December 20, 2025,The Miss Cosmo 2025 Grand Finale & Beauty Music Festival, a celebration of beauty and music took place at Creative Park, Ho Chi Minh City, and was broadcast live on AXN as well as the Miss Cosmo YouTube channel. The event drew more than 20,000 spectators at the venue, along with millions of viewers in Vietnam and around the world.

Unlike the traditional Q&A format, the Top 2 Miss Cosmo 2025 contestants advanced to a Debate round, focusing on the action plans each candidate pursues. The Debate round consisted of two sessions. In each session, a contestant was given 90 seconds to present her action plan. The opposing contestant then had 45 seconds to pose a rebuttal question, followed by 60 seconds for the response. All time allocations included interpretation.
