I avoid eating after 7 p.m. to give my body time to rest and digest. During the day, I prioritize light meals such as salads, brown rice, or steamed dishes. Living in Vietnam has also helped me adapt to a lighter yet still energizing palate. I truly enjoy Vietnamese cuisine.
Every morning, I spend about 30 minutes doing light cardio such as jogging or jump rope. In the afternoon, I focus on toning exercises like planks, squats, and core workouts, combined with yoga to maintain flexibility. For me, staying in shape is about consistency, it’s not about being perfect every day, but about balance.”
