On December 18th, in Jakarta, The Green and Smart Mobility Joint Stock Company (GSM) officially launched the Green SM Taxis service in Indonesia, marking an important milestone in the international expansion strategy of this Vietnamese national brand. The event became a highlight for beauty fans with the special presence of Miss Cosmo 2024 – Ketut Permata Juliastrid, and a representative from the Miss Cosmo Organization – Mrs. Truong Vu Hoa Mi.
In addition to Vietnam and Laos, Indonesia is the third country to host the Green SM Taxis service. To mark this significant step in the company’s international expansion, Vietnam’s first all-electric taxi service held a grand opening ceremony in Jakarta, attended by numerous Indonesian government officials and ambassadors from various countries, including: Dr. Riyatno – Deputy Minister for Investment Environment Development, Ministry of Investment and Lower Indonesia (BKPM); Mr. Ta Van Thong – Ambassador of Vietnam to Indonesia; Mr. Denny Abdi – Ambassador of Indonesia to Vietnam; Mr. Tatan Rustandi – Secretary of the Directorate-General of Roads, Ministry of Transport; Mr. Pham Sanh Chau – CEO of VinFast Asia; city government representatives; and diplomats from Laos, Uzbekistan, East Timor, Serbia, India, and Sri Lanka in Indonesia, as well as nearly 100 strategic partners of Green SM Taxis in the country.
Miss Cosmo 2024 – Ketut Permata Juliastrid and Mrs. Truong Vu Hoa Mi, Vice General Director of Cosmo+ Ecosystem and Vice of Miss Cosmo Organization, were honored to be the distinguished guests at this event.
