Yes. If the ticket has not been checked in, you can use the “Gift Ticket” feature on the 1ZONE app.
– Sender: Log in to the 1ZONE app using the email used for purchase, select the ticket, and enter the recipient’s details.
– Recipient: Download the 1ZONE app and log in using the recipient email to receive the ticket.
Note: Each ticket can only be gifted once. If it has been gifted already, it cannot be transferred again.
