FREE ENTRY TO ENGAGE WITH AN INCREDIBLE LINE-UP AT THE “BEST OF THE WORLD FESTIVAL” OF MISS COSMO 2024

The “Best of the World Festival” of Miss Cosmo 2024 framework is a celebration of global diversity and culture, hosted by Gamuda Land on September 29, 2024, at Celadon City, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City. Joining nearly 60 Miss Cosmo 2024 contestants, the event will feature performances by international music star Shontelle, along with Vietnamese singers Phuong Vy, Thao Trang, My My, and rapper Phap Kieu, promising an unforgettable music festival.

The journey of nearly 60 Miss Cosmo 2024 contestants has led them to Ho Chi Minh City, where they will participate in the “Best of the World Festival” hosted by Gamuda Land on September 29, 2024 at Celadon City. Besides the main competition, the event offers a chance for contestants to immerse themselves in Vietnamese culture, enjoy delicious food, and witness a vibrant music and fashion show celebrating global diversity.

“Best of the World Festival” brings together the best of global cultures, offering a vibrant mix of performances, food, and traditions. Visitors can embark on a world tour without leaving Ho Chi Minh City, exploring diverse cultures, savoring authentic cuisines, and experiencing the excitement of global markets. This festival promotes cultural exchange and understanding on a global scale.

Alongside the nearly 60 Miss Cosmo 2024 contestants, the event will showcase performances by a diverse lineup of artists, including international music sensation Shontelle, Vietnamese singers Phuong Vy, Thao Trang, My My, and rapper Phap Kieu.

A notable highlight is the performance of global music star Shontelle. Known for her versatility as a singer, rapper, and songwriter, Shontelle has produced numerous hits including Impossible, Super Woman, Count On Me, Colours, and No Gravity. “Impossible” in particular propelled her to international fame, topping the Billboard Hot 100 and selling hundreds of thousands of copies in the US. Having performed in Vietnam multiple times, Shontelle is one of the few international artists who has been warmly welcomed by Vietnamese music fans and has had wonderful experiences here.

Phuong Vy, the winner of Vietnam Idol 2007, has become the first female champion of the prestigious singing competition. Known for her powerful vocals and captivating performances, she has left a lasting impression on the audience. Throughout her career, Phương Vy has consistently proven her talent, winning Tuyet Đinh Tranh Tai 2017 and recently participating in the popular reality show Chi Dep Dap Gio Re Song. With her solid career and clean image, Phuong Vy is considered one of the top female singers in Vpop, always ready to take on new challenges and reinvent herself.

Thao Trang has made a name for herself since Vietnam Idol 2007 with her powerful vocals, energetic performances, and unique style. She’s versatile in various music genres, from Soul and Rock to Urban Pop, R&B, EDM, and even contemporary folk. Regardless of the genre, Thao Trang’s music always exudes a modern, youthful, and optimistic vibe, reflecting her personality. She has won numerous awards, including Top 5 Vietnam Idol (2007), Golden Album Award (2010 and 2011), and Promising Artist at Lan Song Xanh Award (2010). Her strong melodies and powerful vocals will surely inspire the contestants to give their best performances.

Having started as a professional dancer, My My has captivated audiences with her sweet and powerful vocals. In 2022, she made her official debut as a singer with the hit song “Say Anh,” which quickly gained millions of views and went viral on TikTok. My My is a versatile artist, boasting stunning visuals, professional dance skills, and a unique musical style. Despite her short career, she has already accumulated numerous million-view hits and has performed at major events, especially beauty pageants.

From a TikToker, Phap Kieu has solidified his position as a skilled rapper through his participation in Rap Việt season 3. As one of the few openly LGBT rappers in the Vietnamese music scene, Phap Kieu has made a name for himself with his unique style and his efforts to challenge gender stereotypes in rap. Recently, Phap Kieu has gained further attention with his appearance on Anh Trai Say Hi and the release of his debut single, DOC. This song carries a powerful message about using one’s strength to overcome adversity. Phap Kieu’s growth as an artist is evident in each of his releases, and fans eagerly anticipate his future endeavors.

“Best Of The World Festival” will take place throughout the day of September 29th, starting at 9 AM with a food festival and traditional games. At 4 PM, a Carnival parade featuring contestants in their national costumes will commence. The music festival will officially kick off at 5:30 PM. All activities are free entry.

With “Best Of The World Festival”, Miss Cosmo Organization aims to create a world-class cultural event that offers unique cultural experiences and fosters a deeper understanding of different cultures among the community.
