Miss Cosmo 2024 has officially concluded with Miss Cosmo Indonesia – Ketut Permata Juliastrid being crowned the ultimate winner. The “IMPACTFUL CROWN” has found its owner after a long journey of looking for an outstanding girl who is always ready to take action to elevate her influence in the new era of beauty. The “IMPACTFUL TIARA” belongs to the first runner-up, Miss Cosmo Thailand – Mook Karnruethai Tassabut. A press conference after the coronation of the Top 2 Miss Cosmo 2024 was also held immediately after the final night.
At 8:00 PM on October 5, 2024, the Grand Finale of Miss Cosmo 2024 officially commenced. Held at the Saigon Riverside Park in Ho Chi Minh City, the event was broadcast live on AXN channel, Vietnam Television VTV9, the VieON app, and the Miss Cosmo YouTube channel. The Grand Finale attracted thousands of spectators at the venue and millions of viewers both domestically and internationally.
The Grand Finale was graced by the presence of distinguished guests, numerous celebrities, artists, and more than 100 domestic and international media outlets. Notably, many National Directors of Miss Cosmo 2024 were present to cheer on their respective contestants.
The Grand Finale panel included: former Miss Universe President – Paula Shugart; former Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and former Vietnamese Ambassador to the United States – Pham Quang Vinh; KC Global Media Co-founder, CEO, and Chairman – George Chien; 2nd Runner-up Miss Supranational 2022 – Huynh Nguyen Kim Duyen; Miss Universe 2021 – Harnaaz Sandhu; and Miss Universe 2018 Top 5, Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 – H’Hen Nie.
With meticulous and professional investment, the Miss Cosmo 2024 Grand Finale truly overwhelmed thousands of spectators at the venue with its modern sound and lighting systems, as well as the contestants’ captivating performances. Notably, right from the opening act, Miss Cosmo 2024 offered the audience a delightful experience by transporting them into a vast cosmic space through vivid sound and visual effects. The moment the spaceship soared into the universe marked the official beginning of an exciting journey into a new era – the Cosmo era.
Opening: Shontelle and all contestants perform the theme song “Into The Cosmo”
Opening the show, all contestants graced the stage in synchronized costumes designed by Brian Vo, dancing to the captivating tune of “Into The Cosmo,” performed by Shontelle. With her powerful vocals and the catchy melody, Shontelle and nearly 60 contestants delivered a visually stunning performance. The meaningful lyrics and energetic rhythm ignited the atmosphere, creating an explosive and exhilarating opening. The added support of the Buoc Nhay dance crew further enhanced the spectacle and left a lasting impression.
Immediately after, the appearance of MC Duc Bao and Miss International 2016, Kylie Verzosa, further excited the audience. Following their successful debut as hosts at the Jury Session, the duo received much praise for their chemistry and professionalism. For the Grand Finale, MC Duc Bao and Miss Kylie Verzosa were once again expected to be the highlight, bringing a wide range of emotions to the audience.
Announcement of Top 21 and swimsuit performance
Following the synchronized performance, all contestants made a radiant appearance on stage and awaited the announcement of the Top 21 finalists in a tense and exciting atmosphere. Based on the judges’ evaluations at the Jury Session, the Top 21 contestants are:

Following the suspenseful announcement, the appearance of singer Ho Ngoc Ha and Hoang Thong dance crew ignited the atmosphere once more. Ho Ngoc Ha performed her new song, “Hung Đong”, for the first time at the Miss Cosmo 2024 Grand Final . This is considered a special gift from Ho Ngoc Ha to the Miss Cosmo Organization and all the contestants. The beloved Vietnam’s “queen of entertainment” showcased her distinctive voice, stunning choreography, and extensive stage experience.
Immediately after, the contestants returned to the stage, donning stunning swimsuits. The Top 21 Miss Cosmo 2024 confidently showcased their figures in bikinis designed by Cacdemode Swim. The contestants’ sizzling bodies ignited the Grand Finale stage. With every catwalk step to the energetic music, the Top 21 showcased their impeccable performance and posing skills.
Announcement of Top 10 and evening gown performance
Following the swimsuit performance, all contestants returned to the stage in their glamorous evening gowns, ready for the announcement of the Top 10 and the evening gown performance. MC Duc Bao and Miss International 2016, Kylie Verzosa, subsequently announced the 10 outstanding contestants, including:

Violist Jmi Ko from Korea made an appearance, delivering melodious tunes to create an captivating opening for the Top 10’s Evening Gown performance. In their dazzling evening gown, the Top 10 showcased their confidence and impressed the judges and audience with their poised beauty and captivating aura. Not only were they meticulously prepared and invested heavily in their looks, but the Top 10 also possessed a positive energy and were always ready to take action to elevate their influence, aligning perfectly with the pageant’s theme of “IMPACTFUL BEAUTY”.
Announcement of Top 5
Before announcing the Top 5, Miss Cosmo Organization presented a donation of 1 billion VND to the “Thu Duc Nghia Tinh Foundation”. Mrs. Le Thi Bac, Director of the Thu Duc City Social Welfare Center and Deputy Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thu Duc City, represented the organization in receiving this donation from the Miss Cosmo Organization.
Following the Evening Gown performance, the judging panel selected the Top 5 outstanding contestants to advance to the Q&A round. The five contestants were:

Unlike other beauty pageants, the Top 2 of Miss Cosmo 2024 will not participate in a Q&A round. Instead, the two finalists will present their community project plans, followed by a question-and-answer session where they will exchange views, perspectives, and future plans. Each contestant will have 90 seconds to present their action plan, 40 seconds to ask a question to the other, and 60 seconds to respond.
